I signed up for service 2 days ago, but still cannot receive incoming calls to my phone number.

Peter, since porting, have you tried powering phone off/on? If that made no difference, click on the envelope icon at top right of forum page, and compose a message to Moderator_Team

It looks like that you have a incomplete port. You will need to contact moderator to help compete port. In the mean time, you could try to use your previous mobile company SIM card (if still active).
