cannot log on to my account after esim cord activation

after inputting username and password and a verification code sent to my email, then it sent a fulll access code to the new phone number, but the phone number has not been activated on the phone, so cannot receive the fulll access code. not I am not able to log on to my account to get the ecim CODE
