I'm trying to finish setting up my eSim and my account is currently stuck on Step 6 of 6: Activate "Subscription Not Activated" and to Get Support. However that seems to be going in a circle to no avail and I have messaged the CS_Agent.

I'm in the same boat and customer support never seems to be available. Very frustrating. Is there anyway that I can cancel and start again and get a regular sim vs e-sim?

Did you activate your SIM on the PM app because it won’t be completed on the PM website.
The website is used to manage your account.
