If you can access your self service account, you can unsubscribe from your subscription. This will turn off your pre authorized payments. On your next payment date, your account will be suspended. Once supended over 90 days, then the account will be permanely closed and number lost.
Another option is to port your number to another company. Then that will automatically close your PM account.

what you can do is to login My Account, go to Payment page , click Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed there.
