It looks like you joined PM in 11-22-23 so you are an existing member. CS_Agent may warrant a refund for new members with activation issues.
Since PM is a prepaid service and you are an existing member. I would think a CS_Agent will not approve a refund.
I am assuming you are at Whistler on holiday and not a resident in Whistler.

@Haiajwbesh Public mobile is pre paid services and typical no refunds , you would need to engage support for such a request . you can get in touch by using
the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent
