Whichever way it goes, do NOT reply Yes on request having SIM in your phone.
Request will fail.
If you are porting to PM, do not reply Yes while having OLD SIM in your phone.
If you are porting OUT of PM do not reply Yes while PM SIM is in your phone.

HI @Joeabbas porting out or porting in?
If it is a porting regarding another provider, you don't have to do anything. Part of the porting requiring you to repy YES to a text, you just don't need to reply and the porting would not continue
But if it is porting from a landline or from VoIP , then you have to open ticket with PM Support to cancel the porting:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Which direction? Coming in or going out? Did you confirm the transfer text?
