@MG1968 hi remove any cc you may have on file it will suspend account and after 90 days it will close account you need to contact a cs agent to remove credit card
to create a ticket through Simon to speak to a customer service agent

Do you mean your PM Plan and service?
- Remove autopay. Account will get suspended on next renewal due to no pay and deleted after 90 days of no payment.
- Report phone/SIM as lost/stolen. Account will be suspended immediately.
- Remove credit card from file not to be billed by accident while suspended.
- Port out your number to other provider. Your account will be deleted immediately.
