i no longer have access to the email used on account, the SIM card was taken out and destroyed and my oldest daughter added me to her account with another carrier. I need this account cancelled but we are not having any luck. please advise..i can not log into my account.

Account will cancel by itself within 90 days if a payment isn't made

If your daughter ported your number to her account. Your account will be cancelled automatically.
But if picked a new number on the other carrier. Just dial 1-855-4PUBLIC then stop payment. After 90 days of nonpayment…your account will be cancelled.
