I can't submit a ticket as error" oops....error" or " error 404". I have urgent question about my plan. how to reach customer agent directly?

@susie3  Usually with in the hour sometimes longer 

   After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box

I clicked that link, finish texting, and then "send message" doesn't work. It keeps warning "invalid HTML has been removed. please review ...". I checked, no any highlight. but I still can't send message.
