I have purchased a public sim card, activated it and transferred my old phone number from another provider to public.
But can't receive any incoming calls and verification codes from application

It sounds like the porting process was not completed.
Did you reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in the phone?
If you missed this very important step then you have to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process again for you.

Hi you need to leave your old sim in your phone to receive transfer text,you have 90 minutes to reply yes I will pm you the number to call to reinitiate port request
