I ported my number over today from Public Mobile. MMS messaging doesn't work, only SMS. How do I fix this problem?

MMS doesn't go through Wi-fi sometimes. Make sure that your data is on. And if it is still not working then configure APN settings. Make sure that it is on public mobile APN.

If textting works both ways, your MMS issue isn't because of porting.

@HendergPublic Mobile should work very simliarly to Bell, have you made sure your data is turned on? Also you will need to change your Bell APN to Public Mobile's

Enable data and restart you phone to let PM SIM to configure your APN settings whcih is needed for mobile data. MMS need mobile data to send and receive pictures.
If you have a LG phone, you need to do a network reset after changing provider before your data working again.

Configure your phone with Public Mobile APN settings (with APN Type = default,mms)
Restart phone
Turn Data ON

Sorry I meant to say I ported my number to Public Mobile not from. From would be Bell
