can't receive calls or texts

Looks like this is a common problem

I have tried restarting my phone with and without the SIM card but no luck.

I can make calls and send texts but can't receive either.

Also, I cant email directly as the contact information page keeps informing me my email "does not match" when I try submitting the form. Is there a direct email I can send to?

Send a private message to teh mods giving all relivant info phonenumber, account number sim number and old account name.

use your old sim until the port is complete.
