I'm sorry for the payment confusion,
The actual payment that was taken from your credit is $108 + $12 your account balance = $120
The $126 is not a charge, in fact it's the credit given by the system to balance the price plan.

It sounds like the number has not been released or ported over from Chattr. You may want to check to ensure that account is fullfilled and in good standing order - it does happen.
One of the admins / PM service reps may be able to confirm this once they are signed in.
