can’t call and get calls from others

hey, cs_agent can’t help me for two days already, i bought a sim card three days ago, subscription, i have mobile data, but can’t  call anywhere, no rings even, and once who calls me - redirect to voicemail. suport is awful, they said there’s everything okay with my number, just that i need to reboot phone, replace sim etc, what a hell, i did it 100 times and reset settings, changed phone, nothing help, what a mess!!! please help me, maybe someone had the same earlier?

@Olha11 can't even make outgoing calls?? if so, the account was not properly permissioned.  Easy fix for PM support,  please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

Does texting work? 

What model phone do your have?  Is it VoLTE compatible?  

Did you port over a number?

Did you try a network reset of phone?  This would erase your saved Wifi password settings.
