can't Log in with Eversafe

I am trying to pay my daughters phone bill.

She is out of the country for the next few months and does not have access to her phone. How do I sign on to pay her bill before the number is deleted? (Then she will be mad). Before eversafe there never was an issue paying the bill.

Dial 1-855-4PUBLIC then enter her number and pay by CC, Debit, Voucher or enable AutoPay.

Vouchers can be purchased from these locations:

You're going in circles focused on the account. There are other methods of payment available. When was the account last paid?

Okay...

I know the email and I know the password. I do not have the phone or sim nor do I have access to the phone or sim card. I even have the PIN #.

I did  the "forget" password - was able to reset password but still can't access account since it wants to send the code to the phone even after password reset.

Now what??? I feel like I am going in circles.

So continue reading that detailed reply and you can use the other payment methods without needing the account login.

Tried the forgot password. Got to change password but now asking for code from the phone. I have NO access to the phone, nor does my daugher at this time. Need to make payment before end of month so phone number is not lost (deleted).

You can also look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611 if you have her SIM card in a phone (or call # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device/line) or instant store top ups,  see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

An account can be in nonpay status for 90 days. BUT after 90 days the account and number are lost/closed.
