can not update my credit card information in my account

try to update my new credit card number in my account, can not do it.

👏did you have to put a location permission? 

Adding Using you as a Guinea pig 😁 to  better help others.  Did you have the app all along or did you just install it for the first time to change the payment information?

Yes many have by having issues for months now with updating banking info.

Public Mobile is aware and cannot and have not fixed the issue yet.

Try a different device,  use a different browser, use a different credit or debit card. Try through the app I hear people are successful that way. Make sure your address is correct. Clear clear cache and wait 24 hours to try again... all advice that doesn't seem to work.

 

For now you can purchase vouchers and load to account.  When signed into My Aacount, click on Payment tab. There is the option to Pay with Vouchers. You can see the link below where to purchase vouchers. https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/payment-voucher
