old card no good can not add new card,Update Card Information not working

downloaded the app on my brothers phone asked if i wanted to re-activate my account said yes and the next pop up was enter card details did that and everything working fine...WHAT A NIGHTMARE .thank you for reaching out have a great weekend.

if you have selected Public Mobile RTR, that is a real time transfer, you should see the $100 within 15 mins. Login My Account using browser with Incognito mode to confirm, check the Payment history page. PM will use the money for renewal. Or if subscription was suspended earlier, the system should renewal with the funds you just loaded
if you have selected Public Mobile, it is just a voucher and they should have given you a voucher code to load manually

thank you for the quick reply.i added a $100.00 topup with MUSKBIRD checked account it shows funds $104.00 will this be automaticly added to my phone do i have to do anything.

@cigarsmoker try again using browser with Incognito mode and try using Public Mobile app
If both fails, and it is not urgent to make payment, wait 24 hours and try using both browser and PM app again
But if you need to make payment urgently to resume service, you can get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first and then try updating the card again later

thats the problem when i try to highlite the add card info it does not work only the postal code section works

using the Public Mobile app, log in to your account > Payment (at bottom of screen) > scroll down to find Update Card Information...in there, you'll be able to add the new payment card info. I just tried it and seems to work ok.
