Promo Lost?

Hello! My subscription is that great $20/m promo ($40/m minus 50% for 24m). Unfortunately, my credit card was compromised so my credit card company deactivated the card. When my Public Mobile automatic payment didn’t go through, they suspended (cancelled?) the subscription. I have now updated the credit card info. Question: have I lost the my great promo subscription of $20/m? Thanks!

You should be able to keep that promo. But, you will need to contact customer service agent. Click on chat iron on right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket.
