Hello: I suspended the account 2 1/2 months ago, my plan is 25$ there is balance of 30$ in the account. it says that I have until sept 22 to activated to keep my number.
I try to active my current plan it is asking to make a payment
can somebody tell me how to activate my account thank you

@rony10 Use lost / stolen feature first, and then make a manual payment. Select Other Amount and write down the cost of your plan + 1$. Then, turn off your phone for a couple of mins and turn it back.

I want to thank you... I reactivate my account on the.. Lost/Stolen section
then I was able pay my balance and activate my account
I was getting frustrated because I was not able to pay in order to activate
keep helping 🙂

does restore and activate phone fuction works in self portal?

@rony10 first take it off of lost/ stolen
Then you may reactivate a suspended account online or by calling 611.
Via your account online
1. If you have already registered, or will first register, a credit card, go to step 2. OR deposit a voucher for at least your plan cost and go to step 3.
2. Go to the payment tab, select single payment and amount due.
3. Select the reactivate account button.
4. Restart your phone.
or Using 611 to make your payment: ( you need your 4 digit pin to buy an add on)
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)
3. press 1 amount due.
4. Restart your phone.

If you clicked the Suspend in Lost/Stolen...go now and Reactivate it.
