Not receiving PM confirmation email

Have just setup new account but not receiving PM confirmation email.

Yes it's not there either - also now it's messaging me that I asked to re-sent too many times and have to wait one hour to continue. 

UPDATE :  Good news it finally worked it now changed both my community and account email without a confirmation. 😀

I set up the account by my laptop for a family member -- haven't inserted Sim in phone yet - However the message I get is asking to confirm the email address and it shows that it's sent but I'm not getting it.

@reboot it doesnt come instantaneously. Turn yout phone off, place the SIM into your phone and restart it. If you ported your number you should be able to make calls and texts. It can take up to 7 days if its a voip or landline or up to 3 hours to complete if from a cell provider. Insert your old providers sim to receive call and texts, when it stops your port is complete.  Welcome to PM. Stay safe.
