can my cousin use my account for help

i set my cousin up with a phone because his old on was not working so i put the sim card in the new phone now its not working needs a Puk code it is doing what it did before couldnt call or text  so i bought him a new sim and i cant access any of his accounts i had set up for him before need help please

They have to have their own forum account like you did here using porcupine. They just need their own and click on that link to get back in.

Sadly no. Your cousin needs to set up their own account and verify security through the CS Agent. Here's the link to pass along to them.
