yes, many got confused with the no multiple lines in the same account and will ported a line in and overwrite the old one. But support cam help. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

She were trying to port her husband number here and I guess they tried to use the same account to do so. They have another post and just opened a new one

It depends on where the number came from. If pm or any telus company's you should be able to. Just contact PM and they should be able to help you. If not the number returned to the company it originally came from. Short of open an account with them again I doubt you will be able to get it back. But you should still contact PM and see if there anything they can do.
