calls not working

Both my husband and I cannot get proper service on our cell phones. It takes many seconds to connect and if it does the person on the other end can't understand what we are saying. We live in NS. Anyone else having problems?

You can check to see if there are outages in your area:

If no outages, what is the make and model of your phone? With the 3G shutdown you will need VoLTE to receive and make calls. Here is more information:

Enter the IMEI of your phone to check.

Reboot phone and Reset network settings on the phone and check if it helps

if issue persists, ask PM to reset the account on the system.    Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
