Number suspended

Hi ,

my number was suspended due to card expiry (i think) . I logged in and entered updated card info however now it wants me to select and activate a new number. How do I ensure I only reactivate existing number and do not pay for new number

It seems the EverSafe ID doesn’t recognize your email. Simple fix for a CS_Agent to sort out.

it is an account login issue, you need to ask PM to sort it out first

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
