I purchase a new plan Saturday, I call local but not long distance.

can you check if your removed the old carrier sim card or disabled the old esim?

and you can receive inbound calls? how about data? only long distance calls not work? Try Reboot your phone and Reset network settings

other thing to check.  can you confirm if you removed the old sim? 

And enable the PM sim, change the label to Primary.  Reboot phone and Reset network settings.  Try calling again.  Also confirm if you can use mobile data

if still unable to call, please tell us what phone do you have

I cannot make calls, only to my other phone

International long distance or within Canada?

If within Canada, reboot the phone and try again 

If international, you might need add-on, which country you are calling?
