Text/ call failed

After switching over, I am getting the message on text as Not delivered ! Another problem is trying to make a call, and I get Call failed.

Please advise....this is not a great start.

iPhone or Android?

You removed old provider sim card or disable old provider eSIM?

Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings.  Get the calls working first and will help with text issue
