I lost my phone and forwarded my calls to another phone number. Now I would like to forward those calls to another number. Is that possible

@Immeublesleigh Since you lost your phone did you declare your phone lost via selfserve? If not, you should. Just how were you able to setup call forwarding without your phone?

I thought you need to have access to your phone in order to forward calls.
Looks like you will need to replace your lost phone and SIM card.

Hi. Call your voicemail # which is 16475804001 for Public Mobile, enter your password then once you hear your menu options, you should be able to do it.

You should be able to change the call forwarding. Here is info to setup call forwarding.
