Tried to call forward with phone settings did not work. Tried with Public mobile codes did not work. any idea what is wrong?

HI @barelymine
S10 is not compatible with PM's VoLTE
So, in your case , only Unconditional forwarding (aka Forward all) will work and not other type of conditional forwarding
And sorry, no ETA on the fix

Thanks for the link. Will read up.
I knew there was an issue with call forwarding but I just never looked forward into it. One of the "suggestions" I've thought about was when peeps are going to the US for an extend period like 2-3 weeks, instead of purchasing a add on, just purchase a Can/US plan and then call forward their actual number to the "temporary" number to take advantage of all it offers. Hope that made sense. I've just always been afraid to suggest it as I didn't quiet know this call forwarding. Thanks again for the 411.

not sure if they will ever fix it
But what phone do you have? if you know that your phone is using VoLTE (ie, when making calls, the network stays on 4G or LTE and not drop to 3G), then agent might be able to help. You can submit a ticket with them here:

This is great information to know. Thanks @hTideGnow So just so I can educate myself and others, what's the difference between Conditional and Unconditional forwarding? Also, how does one turn it off when no longer needed? Thanks in advance.

If your phone has been enabled for volte then support can fix this. Otherwise not. Only forward all works.

Conditional forwarding has not been working since the VoLTE was introduced. Some conflict with the system. Only Unconditional forwarding is working , ie, Forward all using *21*’ + ten-digit phone number + ‘#’ + SEND
