browse chrome from mobile not work

i saw say about browse in private when i using an incognito
it's working. why,
there a mistake from last week

yes it's works on incognito mode

allways use Edge browser from computer, and clear cache and cookies and just one page inPrivate mode,

but it is just a glitch in the system there is a new design, them working on it until the system complete updated very soon, we hope.

Incognito mode is a private browsing mode, it does not use your cache ion your regular mode

You can probably get though it without Incognito mode by clearing cache and restart the browser.  

Another probably faster way is to use another completely different browser, Edge/Chrome/Firefox.  Or on another device

The PM website underwent an "improvement" recently and this is one of the areas that need to be fixed. To get accurate accounting of my calling minutes...I need to log incognito for it to show up-to-date.
