I was just charged twice for the same monthly payment. how do I go about getting one of them reimbursed?

As @softech recommends check your account.  If you were charged twice you can contact CS Agent to help resolve.  Not sure if they will just issue a credit on your account or refund you.

 

You can contact an agent using the chatbot.  Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

If for some reason they don't respond to the ticket, you can try to send an email directly to the CS Agent here.

@scubamatt85 you sure it got charged twice?? did it show twice on the credit card?  But one of the two could be a pending charge.

 

Login to My Account using Incognito mode.  Go to Payment History page and see how many times PM charged you.  Please notw that renewal are shown in 2 lines.  So, a $25 plan will be broken into 2 lines, $10 and $15
