I have been billed twice in October...once on August 21st and once on October 1st.
Can this be explained or is it an error?
Also: I should be receiving my second month free...can you ensure that this occurs please.

@DK3 If you activated on August 21st then the free month was used to renew your plan on September 20th. Your next renewal should have been on October 19th. Check your payment history by accessing your selfserve account to confirm the dates.
