 Payments up to date.It says I am not connected to a mobile network even though my sim card is inserted.Have tried restarting phone and reinserting sim card. When I try to send a text it says:  "You may be able to send after inserting a sim card" but...
I have been billed twice in October...once on August 21st and once on October 1st.Can this be explained or is it an error?Also:  I should be receiving my second month free...can you ensure that this occurs please.
