I have been billed for something I did not order.. how to I get this fixed?

what did you get billed for ? During the regular plan renewal process, your on-file credit/ debit card will get billed for that. Anything else requires you to manually "buy" something.

you can ask support to help to clear it

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
