I was trying to set my husband up last night for a pre paid pla n with a sim card. the payment come out of my account but the sim is telling me it is not active please help

@punkrocker3646  Where is it telling you that? Selfserve or on the device?

Check the status in the self serve account ?  Was the phone ported over from another provider ?

If it is a new account not being ported try using live chat.
