@CS_Agent I need help log in into the self serve its the first time in awhile to make sure a payment went through and it sends an sms verify code to the phone that does not go through. how will i log in? Ps i dont have access to email either (need sms to reset the password to email as well)
is your phone suspended and you cannot receive the SMS?
Open ticket with CS agent and they will help you to change your login to a new email address you have access to
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
