Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I am looking to get the service I had suspended be reacctivated.  I paid early this morning and as of now, hours later, my service is still off.  whats the problem???

@blueyes97777 Did you reboot the phone after payment ? How long has the service been suspended hopefully not more then 90 days . Here’s a link to support should they be needed to investigate
