autopay confusion

i'm a little confused and worried about autopay and how it works, it comes right off my debit visa? or i have to top up my account on line at public mobile? more info greatly appreciated, i'm a new customer !

if you are paranoid into running problems, you can always manually load vouchers in additional to the autopay.

If you enabled autopay and add a credit card or visa debit then you don't have to do anything its will be done automatically on your renewal date. Don't be panic you will see your account will go suspended then it will topped up by morning. But nothing to worried about its won't effect your services and they will be running.
