The auto-pay reward has been removed and replaced with Public Points equating to 5% of your plan value toward Public Points, which everyone gets whether on auto-pay or not.
In addition to that, you'll receive 10 Public Points on each annual anniversary from your activation date in place of the prior Loyalty rewards which incrementally increased every year for 5 years.
Referrals are 1 point per referral per 30 days, vs the $1 on the legacy rewards.
Not a great substitution in rewards, but better than nothing.
A key difference is on the prior reward plan, you automatically got reductions. On the new points system, users have to log into the rewards section of self-serve, and select from options to redeem points towards dollar-value credits, or other options for services.

That's not correct. No additional points are given to customers who use autopay.
