@derekvan wjile you wait, You may reactivate a suspended account online or by calling 611.
Via your account online
1. If you have already registered, or will first register, a credit card, go to step 2. OR deposit a voucher for at least your plan cost and go to step 3.
2. Go to the payment tab, select single payment and amount due.
3. Select the reactivate account button.
4. Restart your phone.
or Using 611 to make your payment: ( you need your 4 digit pin to buy an add on)
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)
3. press 1 amount due.
4. Restart your phone.
Stay safe.

Having the same problem. My phone stop working this morning.
"Your service is currently suspended due to insufficient funds."
I have AUTOPAY and it was working for the last few months. I've tried to add some funds manually and it shows "Sorry, your credit card was declined by your card provider, so this purchase could not be completed."
Card is OK.
Submitted ticket and waiting for them to solve it.

@Alicatt_25 Nobody really knows why Auto-Pay fails. Best to submit a ticket to Public Mobile and ask them. To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking here or the icon (bottom right of your screen).
If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

If your service is not working then you could either purchase a voucher and call 611 to make a payment or use recharge.com or ding.com but there is a service charge.

@Alicatt_25 early auto? did you select a plan to pay for your service?

I'm talking with a worker now but yea my auto pay has been enabled for the last two months with the same card this is the first time it's ever given me a issue and it did it when I tried to select and early auto yesterday during the day seeing as my service would be getting cut off todayv

During the day that the account renews...it'll show as Expired. If the phone is working and Autopay is enabled...not need to manually add anything.
If the phone isn't working, then that's something else.

@Alicatt_25 Unfortunately, Autopay can fail sometimes. Please do a manual payment through self-service account or by calling 611 for this time.

If your phone features are still working, your plan is just going through the renewal process. When is your renewal date ? Dial 611 if you need to find out your account status.
