amount different for 90day talk and text

hi i was curious why am i getting deducted different amount on my credit card for a 90day  plan as nothing has change i am on grandfather plan

You are welcome! If your rate plan is still $81 for 3 months, yes you need to change it to the new rate plan available which is $75 for 3 months. Make sure you set it to change during your next renewal. In that way there won't be any chaos.

thankx for the quick reply so as you are saying i have to go into my account and make those changes and this is still valid

The cost of original plan is 75. Autopay reward is on top of it. So your monthly plan price will be 23$.

I don't know of any provider out there that has an interest in switching you to the cheaper version of the same plan unless you are picking up on it and ask for the switch, same with any promo plans. As price conscious consumer it's up to us to have an eye out for threads like the above.

Exactly! Hope I knew about this offer much earlier. I renewed my plan for 3 months just 3 days ago without the knowledge of this current cheaper plan.

I am also curious to know! PM should let people know may be via a text message that their plan is available for cheaper price.

How much are you paying right now, if you don't mind me asking?

If you are on the $81/90days grandfathered spring promo plan for talk and text (before rewards), I encourage you to go into your self serve account and schedule a future dated plan change to the new regular talk and text plan on your next renewal. You'd save another $6 per billing cycle (90days) starting on your next renewal. (The system keeps renewing your grandfathered plan even if the new pricing is better, unless you initiate the switch.)

thankx guys  i was @  old plan talk only for $19 .when the ask as to switch to koodo or take diffrent plan on may 1 2017 i switch to talk and text provice plan for 90 days

When you say grandfathered plan do you mean one of the orriginal plans (pre rewards) or simply a plan that is no longer available.  as you need to provide soem additional info possibly a screenshot of your payment history.

What is your plan pricing?

Do you have auto-pay reward?

Any other rewards credit?

 

Usually, the amount shown online does not include taxes. The amount charged on your credit card includes taxes. So you may be seeing a difference in amount for this reason.

Have you accounted for taxes?

How much is the difference?
