I am new to Public Mobile and had successfully ported over my number April 30th and have no problem with my data however all my incoming calls go straight to the voicemail account on my old carrier. I've tried reseting my iphone several times with no luck.

Unfortunately, resetting your phone or changing any setting in your phone won't fix this type of problem. As mentioned, you will need a Public Mobile employee to help fix a number port that hasn't happened. The good new is this: if you re-insert your old carrier's sim cards, you will be able to receive your phone calls again (although your old carrier will continue to charge your for that service until the phone number trasnfer has been completed).

@oneway, it sound like your number port(transfer) from your old carrier to Public Mobile did not go through correctly. You need to contact the moderator team via private message and ask them to see why the transfer did not complete. In the meantime, do not cancel you old plan!
