I bought a adds-on in June ($33) and I have been charged twice. How can I be reimbursed please?

click the little oraange bubble on bottom right side of page to start process of Customer Support. Give them as much acct info as you have..ie, acct number, phone #, name on acct, PM pin #..etc.
