so i got a call from an old woman she said my phone called her at 4:44 and shes had calls from my number a bunch of times saying that her amazon payment needs to be updated. i told her i didnt call her. how is someone using my number.

@Ljm1988 As mentioned already, looks like your number is being spoofed which can be very frustrating but usually after a few weeks or so, these scammers/spammers will move on to another number.
I'd mention that to anyone calling you saying you've been calling them so that they're aware what's happening too.

do you active new line with new number,, maybe that new number you get is for some else. if have a new number you can tried to change number.

No need to worry. This is call Caller ID Spoofing. Your account was not compromised. No one got into your account. Just a trick some spammers/telemarkers using. They just fake their number on the caller id trying to make it like a regular number and fool others to pick up the call. CRTC and carrier are all aware of this nasty tick, but unfortunately, there is nothing effective in place to stop them.
Again, your account is safe. Nothing wrong
