once you have purchased an add-on and the 10 day period is up how soon can you purchase another add-on and is their any limit to the number you can purchase over a three month period

There is no guarantees that a CSA agent can do this “right away” for you.

After 24 hours, you can repurchase the same US Roaming addon

EDIT:  There is no limit to the amount of consecutive add-ons you can purchase.

If you are going to be in the US for a month or more, it'll be far cheaper to purchase a local pre-paid SIM card and use it while there.

You can revert your Public Mobile plan down to the $15 plan to maintain it - or even suspend it for up to 90 days without paying at all.
