Just bought an $8.00/10 day add-on to call the US and received a receipt. I enabled roaming and I called the US but a public mobile operator bot said I used my available minutes.

@spaarky Are you in the US currently as that add-on is for use while you are in the US and will not work if calling while still in Canada.
You can purchase the 1000 US calling minutes add-on for $15 calls to US and remaining minutes from the add-on will stay on account until depleted (non-expiring).
If you purchased the wrong add-on, then submit a ticket and ask customer support to credit back the wrong add-on cost (if not used) and then purchase the correct one.

@spaarky hi 10 day roaming is for use in the US, if you are trying to call from Canada it won't work sorry
