add-on subscription Not working

Hello,

I purchased a new add-on yesterday and I did not have data.  Can someone please help me if I have picked the wrong plan.  I am in San Diego for another 4 days,  when I am outside my hotel, I have no data.

@happyjojo  we are just customers like you , use the link in my first reply to you and submit ticket with support  . Ask them to reverse it for you and buy the proper add on and check out what @LitlLdy  mentions about making sure your connected to T mobile or AT&T

@happyjojo  First thing, tap on the v in a circle top right, select edit and remove your phone number since this is a public forum for anyone to see.  For the data problem, first thing is to check whether data roaming is turned on.  We are all customers in the community and cannot see your account.

@happyjojo , for your own privacy & security please remove your phone number from your post!

Just to be sure did you purchase a US Roaming Add-On that includes data? If so have you tried manually connecting to TMobile or AT&T?

@happyjojo  first try rebooting the phone , if you picked wrong add on by accident submit ticket with support
