I ran out of data so added on 200 mb afterwards but it's not working on my phone. I went on my computer to pay for the add on and then when I went back to my phone to try to use the add on it wasn't working. help please.

If rebooting your phone doesn't work log into your account using secret/incognito mode and check your transaction history to see if you purchased the 200mb add on. Do you see it on your plan and add ons page?
