My stepmom set up a line with public mobile.And she wanted to use my promotional code, but had difficulty with the process and ended up losing out on that.And now she has a phone line through public mobile that works, and she wants to use my promo code.How can she apply to apply my promo code to her account

PM can apply the promotion code back. But your stepmom has to open the ticket
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
