My Existing Plan

Albert2024
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Hello:

I got an offer on my cell phone last week about two different plans for me with more features and  higher costs.  I do not want any changes to the plan I now have.

I see you have changed my existing plan via a text I received from you this morning.  PLEASE FIX THIS and leave my existing plan as is.  Otherwise, I will go to one of your competitors for my needs.

HI @Albert2024

did you get a text about a $5 increase?  if so, that is not a plan change, that is just a surcharge for your device not on PM's VoLTE whitelist.  The charge is to make sure you change phone before the end of 3G next year or you won't get any voice calls

check if your phone is on the VoLTE phone list here:

@Albert2024

if your regular plan changed to the newly offered plan; you musta replied YES to the sms offer from last week...they don't just automatically change without your approval. Log in to your account to see if it's scheduled to be changed during the next regular plan renewal. If it is and you don't want it, click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of the page to start the process to get customer support to help. Also, you MIGHT be able to reject the upcoming plan change yourself....just look carefully in the scheduled plan change info.
