On nov 30th I purchased 200MB data for $5 and it is missing in my account. how do i resolve this?

Have you tried freshing the page that shows the add ons?

data addon has 30 days expiry so it should still be there
maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

@araksi is it possible you used it up that won’t last long and Yes sorry since march /april this year data add on now expire 30 days after purchase
